Energetic Health and Wellbeing

Introduction

Energetic Health and Well Being is based upon the principle that the human form consists of a Physical and Energetic Body. The physical form is sustained by a number of systems to keep the body alive, such as pulmonary/circulatory, breathing, digestive, lymphatic, system and nervous. The body is nourished by the intake of food, water and air through the various organs and systems. The physical form also consists of a number of energetic pathways which include meridians and lay lines, along which energies such as Kundalini and Chi travel. These systems are interdependent upon each so as to remain healthy, and to remain relatively ailment free a balance needs to be achieved.

Irrespective of the modality of health care, including mental and emotional health, all impact upon the energetic system, and vise versa. The energetic system is as complex and intricate as the physical one. It can be said that the energetic body replicates the physical body in the form of a hologram. The energetic body consists of a basic configuration that includes; meridians, chakras, subtle bodies, grid work, powered by Chi and Kundalini. Just as there are many forms of physical health care, there are also many forms of energetic health care. Most of these practices have their roots in eastern or indigenous cultures, and therefore vary according to their origin.

A good analogy of how the energetic system interacts with the body, this is that of the electrical wiring system of a house, and it’s associated appliances. The wiring carries the electricity to the appliances so that they function; just as meridians carry chi (energy) to the organs so that they too may function correctly. If the electricity is turned off, the appliance will not work. If too much electricity is pushed into an appliance it will burn out. Alternatively, if there is not enough voltage the appliance will not perform adequately for the job at hand. Imagine how long it would take to cook a roast or boil water with only a little heat.

If there are blockages or imbalances along the energetic pathways, sooner or later the associated organ will deteriorate, the individual will become ill and need intervention. Generally, in a normal healthy body, that is well nourished and supported, it is often blockages and imbalances of energies within these systems that lead to the breakdown or dysfunction of organs, bones, skin tissue etc.

Eastern practitioners evaluate both energetic and physical symptoms. They also assess the mental and emotional condition, providing intervention deemed necessary by their training. It is accepted that the subtle energies and physical form are complementary to each other, and abuse of either will be reflected in the health of the other. Most eastern and indigenous healing practices such as acupuncture, yoga, herbalism, massage, Reiki and shamanism etc, require a thought form and discipline that is difficult for most westerners to fully embrace. Surgical or drug intervention is usually the last option these practioners prescribe. Generally, traditional forms of healing are a natural and sometimes painful and unpleasant process, which is difficult to comply with in a modern western culture. Many westerners seeking and undergoing alternative intervention have little understanding of the principles of what they are participating in, other than ‘it seems to work’. Therefore, many will find this form of intervention will provide limited results at best.

The western practitioner conducts an evaluation of the physical, mental and emotional symptoms, and provides intervention as deemed necessary by their training. Little consideration is given to energetic aspects, as it is not generally part of their training or thought form. Drug, dietary, or surgical intervention is usually the first, and often the best, alternative for a western patient. Notwithstanding, many younger and more progressive medical practitioners now embrace traditional practices such as acupuncture, herbalism, meditation, massage, yoga etc as valid tools in the maintenance of a patients health care.

Many have seen or heard of the super human feats of great yogis, martial arts masters, monks and shaman. The power and capability of these subtle energy systems are most often demonstrated in a destructive way, such as breaking things or people. Through breathing these energies are focused to a single point for explosive and destructive results. When such energy is focused inward for the purpose of healing oneself, or others, many day to day illnesses and injuries have a much quicker recovery time because all systems, both physical and energetic are working together. In particular, it is the ability to help manage pain in a way that enables the body to heal quicker; it is difficult for the body to heal when it is in great pain.

Unless one seeks out indigenous healers or eastern teachers/practitioners there is little information available to understand the basic principles of the energetic system. Unfortunately, many of the indigenous and eastern practices take many years of discipline to become proficient. My experience gained from participating in some of these practices is that the movement of energy only requires the power of INTENT, not discipline. The amount of energy that can be moves is based upon the energy that can generated, the amount of energy that one can generate is based upon the health of the energetic body. The energetic body becomes healthy by the conscious intent to move energy through the energetic system.

How does one do this? All that’s required is a quiet place to sit, an understanding of a basic breathing technique, knowledge of the energetic system and the energies that move throughout the system. The power of human intent has no boundaries, intent moves energy. Intend that it be so, and so it will be. At first one may not sense any movement of energy, but the intent to move energy will commence such a movement. Like anything, proficiency increases with practice.

The management of the health of the physical body, whether by contemporary or alternative healing modalities, is well covered by healers within the broader healthcare community. The purpose of these series of articles is to provide you with my experience and perception of the body’s energetic configuration and movement. Just as we are all different, so will each have a unique experience in the movement of energy, no two people will move energy is the same way. Intend only to move energy in a manner that is suitable to you, use the information provided here only as a guide to your own learning experience. Take nothing said here as valid until your own physical experienced confirms it. Concepts are just concepts until they are validated by a physical response or ‘feeling’.

Vibration, Frequency and Harmonics

In understanding the properties of energy and how it behaves, it is first important to understand the terms vibration, frequency, harmony and resonance. Everything in creation, both animate and inanimate, is made up of moving energy. At the atomic and sub-atomic level there is movement of energy, wherever there is movement of energy there is vibration, and visa versa. Vibration can be described as a periodic or cyclic motion between two extremes around a mid point, a guitar string for example. When the string is plucked it moves in a cycle between two extremes around a mid point, causing a sound wave to be produced at a particular note, or frequency

The frequency is how many times, or cycles, that are repeated in one second. For example, to get note “A” requires 440 cycles per second and this is achieved by tightening or loosening the strings.

By slowing this down to 1 cycle per second (below) it can be seen that the wave motion, called a sine wave, moves through a series of changes between two extremes, passing through a mid point. It can also be seen that there is a + /- to show strength or amplitude, which are opposite polarities.

Everything that vibrates resonates at a fundamental or primary frequency, based on the configuration of energy that holds the matter together. A tuning fork is a good example of the precise configuration of matter to achieve a specific sound. A wind chime is also an example of the same material, at different lengths, each having its own unique fundamental frequency and sound. The examples below show various cycles per second, note that the base frequency is called the fundamental frequency. The fundamental frequencies for those shown below would be 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 cycles per second.

Generally, cycles per second are expressed in Hertz (Hz), 1 cycle = 1 Hz. One thousand cycles would be 1 Kilohertz (KHz), one million cycles per second would be 1 Megahertz (MHz), etc, human audio peak for sound is about 20 kHz.

A characteristic of energy generated by a vibration is that there will be a number of frequencies appearing up the frequency spectrum at multiples of the fundamental frequency. These are called Harmonics. The fundamental frequency is also the first harmonic.

In the above example it can be seen that fundamentals share common frequencies at various harmonics e.g. 3 & 4 share a common frequency, 12Hz at the 4th & 3rd harmonic. It can be said that at these points they are in harmony and resonate together at a common frequency. The above matrix becomes vastly more complex when the fundamental frequencies are not whole numbers, e.g. at what point would 2.45Hz resonate with 3 Hz?

Frequency is generally separated into bands within what is called the frequency spectrum. These bands have a Frequency Range e.g. the High Frequency (HF) bandwidth is 3Mhz – 30Mhz, the Very High Frequency (VHF) bandwidth is 30-300 Mhz. The Frequency Spectrum moves up through the Visible Light spectrum, into the subatomic vibrational bandwidths and beyond. It is at the subatomic level that kundalini and chi manifest. The energetic pattern radiated by these energies can be readily captured by Kirlian photography and it is now possible to measure and map the movement of Chi energy through meridians.

When frequencies are mixed together they produce a frequency that is a composite of the whole. For example an orange, let us stay that the skin is 6 cps, the flesh is 8 cps, the juice is 10 cps, and gases are 12, when we mix all these frequencies together we have an orange. If we knew all the elemental frequencies of all parts of the orange we could develop a mathematical formula for the construction of an orange, based upon its resonant frequency. This is why many are obsessed with the use of mathematics as they creation as an expression of mathmatics.

The human body consists of many elements of different properties and densities, skin, bone, various liquids, minerals, water, etc and these are woven together in an orchestrated symphony of tones that make up the physical form. This is called the body’s Resonant Frequency, or energetic signature, sitting within the frequency bandwidth of human expression. The human form is special in that it’s able to resonate or tune into a very broad vibrational bandwidth of frequencies, from the gross to the subtle. There are a number of senses that can be used to tune into the subtle energies, each will have a predominant sense that is best developed or refined to tune into these energies. One’s resonant frequency is unique to oneself; however these vibrations are generally a harmonic of Earth’s own unique frequency, the creation in which we are part of.

The lower the frequency the denser the matter, for example, wood resonates at a lower frequency than water or steam. Colors also generate energy, the darker colours having a lower frequency than the lighter colours. Musical tones and notes are another example, the lower the frequency the lower the tone, the higher the frequency the higher the tone. Energy is also generated by emotions, feelings and thoughts. The denser/lower energies are emotions such as pain, anger, fear, humiliation, etc, whilst the lighter/higher energies relate to emotions such as joy, humour, affection and love etc, which vibrate at a higher frequency. Shapes also have a vibrational resonance. This was discovered by applying a vibrational source to a tray of sand which produced various shapes depending upon the frequency applied. Symbols and shapes have a powerful vibrational resonance. The Christian Cross, is an example of the power of symbology or shapes, and has been used as a tool to fend off harm and give support. Most belief systems have symbols or shapes that represent the power of that belief system. Generally it is the power of the collective thought form of the followers that gives significance and power to the symbol. Written words could also be considered a group of symbols that has the power to move energy based upon the meaning and thought form attached to the words. Some symbols have a vibrational resonance that sits within the denser thought form associated with anger, fear, guilt and shame etc, and have the ability to cause great harm.

Another phenomena in the human expression is that of Group Thought or Group Vibration. There a group of individuals that a particular vibration based upon a common theme such as nationality, sporting clubs, religion/spiritual beliefs, ideology and symbology etc. This group vibration creates an energetic flow, or movement of energy, that embraces all that participate. Usually, these vibrations sit within a defined bandwidth, one will either resonate (tune into) or not, with a particular frequency. Not all willingly participate in a particular group but do so because of the nature of the human dance.

Everything in creation vibrates, this includes both ends of the frequency spectrum, which is often termed Polar Opposites, good/bad, saintly/demonic, rich/poor, abuse/honour, Yin/Yang, male/female. It would be true to say that we all sit within the darker denser vibrations in one way or another, and that none are totally isolated from such energies. However, it is also be true to say that the spiritual, emotion, mental and physical journey is to transcend the darker vibrations to embrace the higher tones of joy, happiness, love and freedom as an expression of one’s experience. Higher frequencies and tones move to dissolve or transmute the denser vibrations. The predominant vibration of one’s resonant frequency is based on the power of their thought form; changing thought form will change vibration. It is often said that light cannot shine without the dark, from which it comes.

Many of the subtle energies such as chi and kundalini are not easy to perceive without practice and tuning the senses, but they are still present. For example, close the eyes, breath deeply and relax, now take the awareness to the air moving in and out the nose. After awhile the movement of air will be felt as it moves from the tip of the nose to the forehead. The physical perception of the movement of energy only requires fine tuning the senses to feel such a movement. These energies exist within the bandwidth of the human physical experience, so, most people have the ability to perceive them. These energies have physical properties, though very subtle, that generally go unnoticed until one decides to tune into them.

There are two forms of energetic movement that will be discussed in this article, electrical and magnetic. There is also an energy that is a combination of the two and is called electromagnetic energy. This type of energy describes an electrical current that generates a magnetic field, such as that produced by high power cables.

Earth is a magnetic creation, so the “natural” and “creational” energy flow is magnetic. Magnetics can best describe as magnetic field lines, or lines of force, that have a direction and magnitude/strength. The direction of the field lines indicates the direction of the field, while the density of the field lines indicates the magnitude of the field. Thus at points where the field lines are closer together, the field is stronger. Field lines are described in quantities known as flux.

Magnetic fields are usually the result of magnetic dipoles. A simplest example of a magnetic dipole is the bar magnet: It be seen that the magnetic field lines always begin on the north pole of a magnet, and end on the south pole. This diagram illustrates the magnetic field lines of a typical magnetic dipole.

Magnetic dipoles will usually align themselves parallel to an external magnetic field, therefore the dipole's field matches the one that is applied to it. This is why bar magnets line up north-to-south. The north pole of a magnet is the pole that aligns itself with geographic north. As a result, the geographic north pole of the earth is actually very close the earth's magnetic south pole. This is an anomaly that confuses many people, however, it is generally accepted that what we call "magnetic north" is really magnetic south. This magnetic energy flow is represented as a figure of eight energy pattern.

Magnetic energy moves in two figures of eight, one around humanity and the Sun, and the other around humanity and the Earth, see the diagram below. The movement of energy that surrounds earth and humanity opens up the energetic pathways to anchor earth’s energies into the field, as well as the tones of creation, chi, kundalini and the elements that are provided to humanity by earth. The movement of energy around the sun and humanity allows for the anchoring of the solar energy from the sun for the manifestation of dreams.Magnetic energy radiates out from Earth’s energy source, the Aurora or Earth’s Fire/Inner Sun, in the centre of the earth. The energy is translated through Earths grid work, chakras, meridians and lay lines, in a similar manner to the human energetic movement. This energetic configuration is often called Earth’s (Magnetic) Sacred Geometry. There are many geographic places of spiritual and energetic significance that align with Earth’s power centres, chakras and meridians. These power centres are located all over the globe, and are generally kept secret by the indigenous guardians, or “energy managers”. The magnetic energy flow extends out and binds all kingdoms in a shared, or holographic flow. The human form’s natural energy flow is also magnetic.

Many have found a great deal of benefit from magnetic therapy such as magnetic bed and pillow underlays. The magnetic energy flow is best used in the pursuit of healing oneself and others, music, art, community based projects and to facilitate manifestation of that which serves to benefit the whole in a unity based way. This form of energy flow is used predominantly by indigenous cultures due to their connection to the land. Magnetic energy forms and binds creation together, and is referred to as the Tones Of Creation or Language of Light. In some Aboriginal creational stories the ancient ancestors worked with Earth to weave creation through singing. They moved along Earth’s energetic pathways and sang creation into being. They sang and the hills, trees, rivers, plants and oceans were manifested. They would then travel through the land balancing and maintaining the health of Creations energetic flow. These pathways of creation or energy flow are often referred to as Song Lines. We are apart of this creation, connected to Earth energetically via a cord that extends from the tail bone, down into the centre of Earth. It is from here that the tones of creation can be drawn on to help heal the body and energy flow. This allows Earth to access one’s field as a conduit for repair of her own energetic field. This is important for indigenous lineages, for they are ‘genetically designed’ to perform such a service to Earth. Intending to become and remain grounded at all times allows the tones of creation to move through the field. This connection allows one to remain grounded in present time, or to be in the moment, rather than drifting into a fantasy of the future, or memory of the past. It is also up this grounding cord that energies provided by Earth in support of an individual’s health and creative endeavors can be drawn. The grounding cord can also be used to drain off dark, dense or unwanted energies to be consumed by Earth’s fire.

The manifestation of anything in creation requires a huge amount of energy, which is provided by the sun and earth. Basically, earth generates the tones, including the elements, which are infused with chi, and the sun provides vast amounts of energy that shapes and holds the elements together to manifest creation. Additionally, solar energy is drawn down to embrace earth, and earth energy is drawn up to embrace the sun, balancing the masculine and feminine in the manifestation of creation. As these energy patterns rotate they form a downward, corkscrewing pattern, that allows for the movement of gold and silver tones down from the sun that assist in clearing the field.

At an individual level the two figure of eight movement of energy is replicated in the human form and field via the movement of sexual energy, see the diagram below.

The sexual energy flow, for the masculine, moves out from the front of the pelvis chakra, under the feet, back into the pelvis, out the front and into the heart chakra, out the back, and back into the pelvis chakra. This movement grounds the field and form into earth, and allows form the movement of chi, kundalini, elements and the tones of creation in the field. Note, the feminine moves in the opposite direction beginning out the back of the pelvis, but follows the same pattern.

The second figure of eight moves out from the back of the heart chakra, over the head and back into the heart chakra, out the back of the heart chakra and into the back of the pelvis chakra, out the front and back into the heart chakra. This movement of energy interconnects one to soul, oversoul and source. It also provides for the downward movement of the gold and silver tones from the sun through the field.

These two movements of energy are processed and in the power centre charka, some of the energy from the lower figure of eight is drawn up above the head, and some of the energy from the upper figure of eight is drawn down the field below the feet. When the flow spins it can be seen as a flower pattern

The physical form includes an energetic duplicate called the Etheric Body. The etheric body is a physical aspect, not “non physical” as some may perceive, this will become clearer later. For every cell or molecule in the physical form there is a duplicate within the etheric body. There are energetic pathways woven within the physical form called meridians. There are also the major and minor “energy management centers” called chakras, through which both Chi and Kundalini flow through-out the form and larger auric field. There are between 7 and 12 main chakras depending upon the development of the energetic body that anchor within the physical form. There are also a number of Chakras that sit outside of the form and are part of the larger auric field. These are, seven pair of chakras below the feet that connect into the centre of the Earth for the purpose of grounding, and generally twelve above the head that connects to ones Source, Creator, Higher Conscious, or whatever the individual deems that to be. If the thought of a higher being is difficult to accept, then one can visualize these chakras as extending to the sun.

There are many books and practices that deal specifically with the subjects of Chi and Kundalini. Most of my descriptions of these energy channels and the movement of energy may seem overly simple, as would my description of the physical respiratory and digestive systems. This is because it is my level of sensory perception of the movement of these energies. These are complex and confusing subjects that for the most part, are beyond my full conscious comprehension or perception. Many of the traditional practices require a great deal of physical stress and some times pain as an aspect of the practice to begin to sense or use the energy. This deters many that would benefit greatly from the use of these energies, particularly those that are ill or have physical disabilities that preclude participation. Notwithstanding, the participation in such practices will significantly enhance ones health and ability to detect and benefit from the movement of energy. My experience has been that the best connection to these energies is when the body is relaxed and comfortable, for me it is sitting in a chair with the feet flat on the ground. As the body relaxes it releases the physical pressure and tension around the meridians and lay lines. This enhances the flow of chi and kundalini throughout the meridians. The increase in energetic flow increases the overall vibration of the form, boosting the immune system, health and well being.

My understanding and experience, in simple terms, is that Chi is a life force energy that manifests and sustains creation, and Kundalini is the force that provides the power or fire to keep the system strong, healthy and protected. Chi is obtained in a number of ways; one is born with a certain amount of Chi or life force, by consuming foods with high levels of organic integrity. Breathing is the most efficient process for taking in and processing Chi, it is often said that Chi is carried on the breath of life. It is for this reason that those who practice martial arts, including yoga, use breathing techniques to gather and move the Chi energy. The Chi moves in with the in breath, into the diaphragm, the energy splits at the diaphragm, one moves down the centre of the body, around the bottom of the feet, and the other moves up the body and out the top of the head. On the out breath, the movement of Chi from the bottom of the feet travel up the field and pushed into the top of the head, and down and out the diaphragm expelling energetic toxins in the same way the physical breath expels gaseous toxins the body rids during breathing. At the same time at the other end chi moves down the field, up the feet back to the diaphragm and out the body.

A portion of the Chi is gathered in the second chakra and forms part of the movement of sexual energy or kundalini, which will be described later. Techniques and practices such as martial arts, yoga and tai chi are highly beneficial to enhance the movement of energy. They are designed to gather and move chi throughout the form in a controlled manner. Many of these techniques require a high level of discipline and practice to become proficient and beneficial. Many of these techniques have their roots in destructive thought form such as attack or defence. Irrespective, each have an element of fear attached as a motivating factor in their practice. Ultimately, fear in all its forms, due to the body’s response to fear, will interfere with the flow of energy and impact on the full potential of any practice. Whilst these practices are beneficial they are not a necessary prerequisite to facilitate the movement of energy. There is also another form of Chi that is available to use. It is Chi that is provided by Earth for the use in service to others such as healing, humanitarian work, community service etc, or facilitating the movement of energy for the benefit of Earth and the greater good of the whole. This form of chi is drawn through earth’s lay lines and combines with the chi as it moves up the right hand side with the in breath. When one taps into this energy source in service to others, they also benefit from the exchange, by having the energy made available for self healing or creative endeavors.

Kundalini energy moves predominately through the vertical lay lines of the form. It can be visualized as hot lava, running through channels in the form, and into the larger auric field. There are three main channels for the movement of Kundalini, a middle and two side channels, these have a physical property made up of tightly packed molecules. The main one runs up the core of spine, from the tail bone to the top of the head. The other two run up each side of the body from the bottom of the feet, through the legs and pelvis, up the sides of the torso, and out the shoulders. A channel splits off at the shoulders and runs down the arms to the palms of the hand.

Kundalini energy begins at the base of the spine, though this is not its origin or source, and travels up through the chakras and out the top of the head. Some is drawn across into the horizontal lay lines by the chakras to support the movement of Chi. The rest shoots out the top of the head, through the chakras above the head, into the outer field, falling back down like a rain of fire towards the chakras below the feet. The kundalini then enters the bottom of the feet, following the side channels, and moves up each side of the body, down the arms and out the hands. It continues out the top of the shoulders and past the ears to the top of the field. The Kundalini then falls back as before, however, this time is redrawn up the central channel to begin the cycle again.

Kundalini can be used to move energetic blockages in both the Chi and Kundalini pathways. This is particularly important for all forms and levels of pain management. The movement of energy is like a self contained, cyclic, energetic flow that is fed from the second (or sexual energy) chakra. Sexuality and the physical aspects of sex are a minor part in the movement of sexual/kundalini energy, unless certain trantric sexual practices are undertaken. However, many restrict the movement of this vital energy due to the perceptions and moral perspectives attached to the movement of sexual energy.

There are a number of layers called grid work or ‘etheric skin’ that encases the etheric body, it is not important to detail them here, other than to know that it can be perceived as a computer generated 3D model of the human form covered in layers of grids. If the etheric skin is torn the energy body will lose energy, much in the same way as the physical form will loose blood if the skin is torn or damaged.

The state of the energetic body contributes greatly to the overall vibrational resonance of the form. However, there are a number internal aspects and processes that modulate one’s primary frequency. These are the mental, emotional, intuitive (spiritual), and creative processes. The power of thought form creates an energetic vibration, varying between dense or light depending upon the thought form that is embraced or expressed. Emotions also generate a vibrational resonance, as does spiritual and creative influences. Generally, most will experience the full range of dense and light energetic expressions in their life time. The denser thought forms in all its expressions are usually associated with abuse and dishonour towards another, or oneself. The mental, emotional, intuitive, or creative expression will modulate, or change, the vibration of the form.

These subtle bodies sit above the Etheric Body and are layered like an onion. The mental, emotional, intuitive and creative processes have an energetic aspect, movement, and configuration that is unique unto each. The Subtle Bodies spin around the body, clockwise for females and anti-clockwise for males. For some the first will be the emotional body and for others it will be the Mental Body, reflecting the nature of the individual, being either predominately mental or emotional.

The emotional body is the subtle body necessary to feel emotions within life’s experience. As mentioned earlier emotions also have a vibrational resonance. It is the emotional body that is designed to translate vibrations into emotions so that the body can feel. Without an emotional body, one lives in a state in which little or no feeling is present. Without feeling, one can be quite abusive to others and not understand how their behavior affects another. Often one may find that they are missing an emotional body and will discover that it has been given away to another. An aspect of energy is that it can be moved from one person to another, this happens by either giving it away or another taking it. These people may include parents, siblings, spouses, co workers etc within one’s current life experience, this often manifests as an individual dealing with the emotions of others. As the emotional body is recalled and integrated back into the field, the ability to feel will return to one’s life experience.

If one has never felt before, this can be extremely uncomfortable and painful. Without processing pain, it is difficult to fully understand the lesson of pain. If the lesson of pain is not mastered, Soul will be required to manifest a painful experience to come to such an understanding. The lesson of pain is that pain is only painful when it not allowed to flow through the field and body to experience it. As one learns to allow the pain to flow, along with all other emotions, they become free and can move beyond the lesson of pain.

In order to evolve, all vibrations must flow through the field and form. Because vibrations equate to emotions, this also means that all emotions relating to a specific lessons and experiences must be allowed. A good example of such a lesson is the vibration of anger. Anger is red and brings forth change, the higher octave of anger is forgiveness which is pink in color and transmutes anger. Forgiveness brings about change; forgiveness cannot be embodied until anger moves through the field allowing the denser form of red to be transmuted to a form of pink in vibration. Anger must be expressed otherwise it will destroy ones internal well being. It is the manner in which anger it is expressed that allows the individual to come to balance. Having a fully functioning emotional body allows anger to be expressed in such a way that it does not violate or harm others, so it is with all emotions and all frequencies.

Pain is energy that has ceased to move and is black, grey or brown in color, as the energy is moved, anger first comes forth. Anger is the natural response to being violated and put into pain. The pain is recorded because one was violated at an earlier juncture of their life experience; however the pain was never felt or experienced at the time the violation occurred. As the pain moves, the anger of being violated is felt first, followed by the pain and as the pain releases, joy follows. A catharsis of emotion always leads to peace and a newfound state of centeredness and peace. As the emotional body is mastered, one will learn to be at peace with whatever emotions are flowing in the moment. If they are in fear, they feel their fear; if they are in anger, they are angry; if they are in pain, they cry; if they are at peace, then they are peaceful. It is in the feeling of such energies as they move that they then can be confronted and transcended.

The difficulty with emotions is ascertaining whose emotions one is feeling. Often, it is the nature of those who are overly emotional to have a number of pieces of the emotional bodies of others within their field, as such they feel the emotions of everyone else. A quick discernment of the emotions of others is whether or not the emotion or energy moves. If the pain, anger or fear in looking at the issue cannot be moved, it is a sure sign the emotion belongs to someone else. In such a case, one can send the emotion of another back to it’s source.

The mental body is the subtle body necessary for an understanding of language and verbal expression. It allows for a coherent expression of thoughts and emotions that are rational and easy to understand. If the mental body is missing the individual will have problems with mental and cognitive processes and are often those with dyslexia or learning problems. It is often the case that those with learning difficulties at school lack a functional mental body. Alternatively, if one is extremely mental, they may discover that they have the mental bodies of many others within their field. To make room for a recovered emotional, intuitive or creative body, one must return the displaced mental bodies to their source of origin, which can be accomplished through intent.

The intuitive body receives the input from Spirit or Soul as to what Soul wishes the embodiment to manifest. Without an intuitive body, there is no communication between soul and the form. Many complain about not hearing their guidance or soul, the intuitive body is a “gut level” knowing. One way in which the intuitive body, when present, can assist in understanding one’s truth is through muscle testing, otherwise known as Kinesiology. When a therapist muscle tests a patient, they reach the intuitive body to see what Soul or Spirit wishes for the health or life of the individual. Many Kinesiology practitioners believe the muscle testing is 100 per cent accurate, however it will only be as accurate as the presence of the individual’s intuitive body. If the intuitive body is not present, the practitioner will be reading their own form and not their patient’s.

To manifest the wishes of Soul, the intuitive body must be present. It is the intuitive body that receives the visions of Soul. Without the vision of one’s life coming from soul, the individual is left living life based on ego or personality. If one does not move in the constant direction that Soul guides, one is also unable to evolve. This is simply because Soul sees the overall direction of the evolutionary pathway and guides each step of the way so that the desired outcome comes to fruition.

The creative body receives the vision of the Soul through the intuitive body or the intent of the consciousness of the form, and relays such a vision to the universe so that it can be manifested. Without a creative body, there is no communication between the field and the universe, without communication with the universe, manifesting of dreams is not possible.

It is the creative body that is also accessed as to create any endeavor including dance, music, art, or a book, novel or movie. Without a creative body, there will be difficulty bringing creations into manifestation. If there is no creative body, one can call it back from who ever they have given it to and integrate it. If on the other hand, there are the creative bodies of others within the field, one will receive the desires to create things that are not truly of one’s own truth. It is best to return such creative bodies to their source of origin.

There will always be times when one can expect to be overwhelmed or confronted by negative or abusive expressions. This is due to the nature of life’s journey, to confront, overcome and transcend. At such times the response is to put all one’s energy into the subtle body that is used to defend, however most often one of the other processes will collapse. One can intend to balance out the energies provided to each subtle body so that the issue can be dealt with in a balanced way, with all guns firing

It is the nature of resonance that vibrations attract like vibrations. Lower vibrations will attract low vibrations and higher vibrations attracting high vibrations. If one is joyful and happy, one will attract joy and happiness. If one is angry, aggressive, violent and abusive then such expressions will be attracted and become a part of life’s expression. If the overall vibration resonates within the abusive energetic bandwidth, then this will attract that which is abusive. For example, if one has a victim thought form caused by abuse, then this will attract an abuser that resonates quite nicely with a victim thought form. It is the higher frequencies that transcends or moves the darker or lower frequencies. Intent to use the higher supportive frequencies will move out the darker tones. Thought form and intent are the most powerful tools that one has in creating or changing a life experience. Intend that it be so, and so it shall be, don’t give up, be stubborn, command it be so. Each creates their own reality by commanding it into manifestation, therefore each is responsible for their own reality or experience whether it be good or bad, supportive or abusive. Intending to embrace the vibration of forgiveness, particularly for oneself, has a powerful effect on the overall vibration of the form and ones health and happiness.

There is also an energetic configuration associated with the elements, fire, air, earth and water. The elements are woven together to form the basis of the physical body. In Chinese Medicine, the presence of all four elements, and their balance, are assessed as part a patient’s diagnosis. Too much or too little of any element will be reflected in physical symptoms. Disease is related to an extreme imbalance within certain organs in the body, causing it to become dysfunctional. There are many herbs available from health food stores or herbalist that will assist organs in balancing the four elements. The elements can also be drawn from earth through the lay line and meridians.

The next layer out past the subtle bodies is the Light Body. It is at this point that we step into the non physical/non conscious aspects of creation. Most belief systems support a non physical reality that connects to spirit/soul and God/Goddess/All That Is/Creator etc. Each will experience the non physical reality and spiritual consciousness in their own unique way, based on the journey that starts from birth. It is not the intent of this article to cover aspects of the non physical Light Body other than to say that the Light Body is an exact duplicate/replica, though somewhat bigger, of the physical body. The energy body is also replicated in the non physical the movement of energy in the non physical is governed by a different set of parameters to that of the physical. Usually, most things particularly disease, manifest in the non physical long before it translates/manifests down into the physical. What impacts upon the non physical impacts upon the physical and vice versa, including the vibrational resonance of the form. If the physical resonates in the lower vibrations, then the non physical will also resonate within the lower frequencies of the non physical. Of note here is that conscious intent and thought form overrides that of any non conscious/non physical influence. In other words, that which manifests in the physical is a consequence of conscious thought form. Therefore each is responsible for what is manifested. It also goes that manifestation and life’s experience can be changed based upon on intent and thought form to do so.

The other form of energy is electrical energy. Electrical energy has a generated source, either by nature or technology. Electrical energy includes radioactive energy, which is a higher vibrational resonance of electrical energy. Earth generates electrical energy due to the movement of matter. Usually, this built up energy is released or discharged into the environment by way of lightning. There is also a network of pathways along which electrical based subtle energies of chi, kundalini, tones of creation and elements flow. Electrical based energies have a powerful influence and are best used in the pursuit of material wealth, power, dominion, sport, conflict and defence. The current metaphysical thinking is that the generation of electrical based subtle energies in recent times dates back to the era of the Pharaohs. Indications are that giant crystals were used to generate electrical/radioactive energy. Most are familiar with quartz lighters where the quartz is ‘struck’ to produce a spark. Some metaphysical thinking is that the controlled activation of giant crystals by sonic means produced huge amounts of electrical based energy during this era. There is also speculation that it was during the previous eras of Atlantis, and before that Lumeria. There is also mention of the electrical energy in the Greek and Roman God/Goddess mythology. Whatever the source, it is here today and used by most. The subtle electrical energies are distributed around earth via a network of lay lines and grids called Earth’s (Electrical) Sacred Geometry. This sacred geometry overlays and replicates that of the magnetic version, though not as complex, with power centres generally aligned to man made structures of spiritual or energetic significance. The electrical network ‘plugs’ into the magnetic network at a number of man made structures of spiritual significance. Electrical energy flow is used predominately by western and some eastern cultures.

As mentioned earlier electrical energy has a generated source, therefore it has clearly defined and rigid parameters of positive and negative polarities. Additionally, the amount of energy generated is also limited by the capacity of the ‘generator’. Because of this, there is a limited amount of electrical energy available to those that share in an electrical energetic flow. This requires that those who wish to gain maximum benefit from the movement of electrical energy must undertake disciplined exercises and meditation to gather and move the energy.

The polarization of electrical energy is manifest as polarities expressing light/dark, good/bad, rich/poor, matriarchal/patriarchal, destruction/creation, Yin/Yang etc. Due to the powerful influence of these extremes in this creation, it is very difficult to maintain the middle path or balance in daily life, which is the main aim of most people. Balance or the middle path plays a significant role on the spiritual path. To recognise, accept, and transcend the expressions of polarity in ones life, maintaining balance and non judgment of self or others. Those who wish to gain a deeper understanding of the use of electrical energies for spiritual and healing purposes will require isolation from the wider community and the assistance of a guru, master, teacher or preacher etc. The teacher is then able to direct the disciple in the efficient movement of the higher electrical vibrations in pursuit of a spiritual awakening.

Magnetic energy is also polarized to some degree, however such polarity is often expressed in issues relating to interpersonal relationships, unity and community. For example, those who do nothing/those who do most the work give everything/take without giving, those who have all the say/those who have no say, the complainer/the stoic, the trustworthy/the unreliable etc.

There are also those who are gifted with the movement of electrical energy for the purpose of wealth creation, domination, power, and material gain. Usually, the most successful in the movement of electrical energy are those that draw upon a group of others to gather and move the energies for them. Often, those in control or power take the most and contribute the least, whilst those who contribute the most get the least. This is a common theme from a local to global perspective where the weakest are exploited to benefit the strongest.

It has become common practice when dealing with polarities that the spiritual aspirant will embrace the higher vibrations such as love, compassion and unity, rejecting or denying the darker tones. Conversely, those who desire material gain tend to reject such things, favouring the darker energies fear, anger, aggression, pain, usury etc to achieve their dreams. The predominant influence is fear, fear of not having a job, fear of not having money to provide shelter, food and clothing, fear of being poor, fear of being attacked etc. This has produced a society governed by extreme polarities, where the serious spiritual aspirant denies material comfort and physical fulfillment and the wealthy deny themselves a spiritual journey based upon unity, community, sharing, love and compassion for their fellow man. Both extremes leave those dancing in polarity with a sense of emptiness irrespective of their achievements.

Electrical energy has a source. The source of electrical subtle energies is Earth’s Magnetic Sacred Geometry. Most electrical energy is generated using magnetic principles to produce energy. There are key man made structures such as churches, monasteries, ashrams, corporate buildings, political and corporate centres etc, that are co-located upon major and minor power centres within Earth’s meridians and lay lines. Magnetic energy is drawn from the magnetic geometry, then converted into electrical energy and fed into the electrical network for use by participants that participate in the energy flow. Though connected, the electrical and magnetic energy flows are separate and unique to each.

Some species of nature, mineral and animal kingdoms also have an electrical aspect to their energy flow. In particular, domesticated and caged animals, hydroponics or genetically modified foods and plants. Some plant species have the ability to alter human consciousness such as cannabis, opium, cacti, tobacco, alcoholic beverages, fungus, trees (eg acacia). Some are magnetic whilst others are electrical.

Due to the combative nature of the current human experience most people move a combination of electrical and magnetic energies to support themselves and their daily living. However, the predominant energy flow is usually based upon one’s genetic package and biological lineage or ancestry. Indigenous cultures, by way of their connection to the land and Earth’s kingdoms have a predominately magnetic energetic configuration. On the other hand, most western and oriental cultures, particularly the Japanese and Chinese, have a predominately electrical configuration.

Many non indigenous people have an indigenous ancestor ie; American Indian, Inuit, Tibetan, Polynesian, Australian aboriginal etc somewhere in their genetic make up. This aspect of the gene pool may have a strong influence upon the person’s thoughts and feelings and they will move a magnetic pattern. Conversely, the same could apply to indigenous folk who have a western aspect to their gene pool and will move an electrical energy pattern. Surprisingly, many of the North East Arnhem indigenous people, The Yolgnu, use a half/half energy flow, magnetic energy through the left, feminine, side of the body, and electrical through the right, masculine, side of the body.

As to whether one moves either magnetic or electrical energy is generally based upon ancestry, genetics and thought form. Earth’s magnetic flow is unity based and shared by the nature kingdoms and humanity in a harmonious sharing of energy. Ultimately, irrespective of one’s cultural heritage, the type of energy being used is based upon the movement and configuration of the light body. An electrical energetic movement is generated from a Merkaba or Star of David pattern, while a magnetic configuration is that of 3 Spheres that roll around each other, and forms a Triple Circle pattern. Though only mentioned briefly the movement of the Light Body is a critical aspect as to whether an electrical or magnetic pattern is used. A Merkaba is related to an electrical Light Body, and Triple Circles are related to magnetic. The movement of energy has become an automated process unless otherwise directed by conscious intervention. Most are able to transition to a predominately magnetic energy flow by intent, this will help to move from a self/ego centric perspective to a community/unity based thought form.

Whilst the movement of electrical energy is beneficial in achieving material goals, power and influence, it is also very harmful to a magnetic form. Electrical energy moves only in one direction, it is powerful and ‘cuts up’ a magnetic field and form. The closer the energetic and physical form gets to an electrical source the more harm will be caused. It has been shown that there does not necessarily need to be direct contact with electrical energy for it to harm the body and field, causing illness and disease. There are many who have become ill from living near high voltage power cables and transformers. Most surround themselves with electrical radiation. This indicates that they are being affected to some degree by electrical energies all the time. This is the same for the movement of electrical based subtle energies. Generally, the body discharges/grounds the built up electrical energy into the environment, some are more successful than others and will not suffer as badly. The movement of electrical energies produces ‘energetic toxins’ that needs to be released. If not, “blockages” within the energetic system will cause excessive build of electrical toxins and ultimately illness and disease. Electrical energy feels sharp, abrasive and aggressive, intending to drain away all electrical toxins into the centre of the earth via the grounding cord will help to move the build up of energy. Also, the intent to transition to a predominant magnetic energy flow will assist in the health and well being of the physical and energetic body.

Electrical energy has become a problem for Earth in that the environment is saturated it. Approx 30-40% of electrical energy generated is not consumed and leaks into the environment. This saturation of electrical energy has caused a significant drop in earth magnetic field over the past century. Nuclear radiation, which is a higher vibrational resonance of electrical energy, is extremely harmful to a magnetic form. The detonation of nuclear devices during WWII and the subsequent tests have caused a severe degradation of earth’s energetic configuration. The effects of nuclear and electrical contamination on the energy body are the same although nuclear radiation will considerably accelerate the deterioration. At the time of the dinosaurs Earth’s magnetic field was estimated to be about 2.5 gauss, 85% stronger than what it is today. There has been a five percent drop in earth’s magnetic field, to .5 Gauss, over the past century. This has led scientists to identify the problem as a "magnetic deficiency syndrome" caused by the weakening of this "energy base" for life. The consequences of a collapsing magnetic field can only be speculated upon, but include, increase in earth quake activity, unpredicted and severe weather extremes, orbit change, polar instability, navigation aids and satellite orbit inaccuracies etc. Many of these things are happening today, and unless action is taken by humanity to resolve the problem Earth’s magnetic field will collapse completely. Worst case could be a zero point pole shift, which will have global consequences. Many believe that “climate change” (formally greenhouse effect/global warming), can be attributed to the collapsing magnetic field. Whatever the case, the future looks bleak and uncertain unless there is a radical shift in human consciousness and intervention.

Electrical and magnetic energetic configurations within the body are different, but there are many corresponding points and similarities. Some of the main differences are, in a magnetic meridian system the entry points in the hands are located between the web of the fingers and on the palm of the hands. In an electrical energetic configuration the entry points are predominately on the tips of the fingers. In a magnetic system the two outer kundalini channels run up each side of the body, down the arms and out the top of the shoulders, in an electrical system the two outer channels wind around the central channel, crossing at the chakras and joining above the head.

Conclusion
It is important to remember that the type of energetic configuration that one moves will effect our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being, and that to embody an energetic pattern that is non conducive will cause harm to the body and energy field. My own experience in using electrical energy as a Reiki Master and the ignition of a Merkabic Light Body, in a form genetically predisposed to a magnetic energy flow, caused me quite a deal of problems. Whilst such a movement was beneficial in my life’s experience as a long serving member of the military and as a healer, it took many years to repair the damage which is only now coming into repair and balance.
Care must also be taken when undergoing energetic healing from a practioner, whether that is massage or any other form of alternative healing that the type of energy being used or embraced by the practitioner is suitable to one's natural energy flow. This is of particular importance when the healer uses such aids as crystals or herbs, as these significantly amplify the energy generated and may cause more harm that help.

There are many forms of energetic healing and practices available within the broader health care community which are highly beneficial to one’s health. My hope is that this article has provided the reader with some basic information surrounding the body’s energetic systems and how they interrelate to each other.
